Small group training at WD Space
Saturdays at 11 am, full of energy
Every Saturday at 11:00 am our studio in Charlottenburg turns into a small group full of energy: M.I.T. – Multifunctional Interval Training. Strength, endurance and mobility in one session, led by your trainer Anna Kalinska, with real attention for every single person in the group.
One class, three training goals
M.I.T. stands for Multifunctional Interval Training: functional exercises and combinations that challenge your whole body – from strength through endurance to mobility. Functional movements such as squats, deadlifts or push-ups work several muscle groups at the same time instead of training individual muscles in isolation. The result: higher calorie burn, better recovery and all-round fitness that benefits you in everyday life too.
The energy of the group, the attention of one-to-one training
Small group training combines the benefits of personal training with the motivation of a group class. The limited number of participants means that, despite the group format, each individual gets attention – nobody disappears into the crowd with us.
The advantage over pure 1:1 training: training together with others demonstrably gives many people more motivation and staying power than training completely alone – you spur each other on without it having to be about competition. Another often underestimated point: small group training is usually cheaper per session than pure 1:1 training, without you having to give up genuine, personal support.
If you tend to be spurred on rather than distracted by others and social elements matter to you in training, the small group is often the nicer and more motivating experience. If, on the other hand, you want to work completely undisturbed on very specific topics, for example after an injury, 1:1 training is usually the better choice.
Led by Anna Kalinska
The M.I.T. class is led every Saturday by Anna Kalinska. She knows from her own experience how important safe, targeted training is for health and quality of life – after a long time without exercise and a herniated disc, she herself experienced how much trust it takes to get moving again. She brings exactly this knowledge into every class: she makes sure technique is clean, adapts exercises where needed and keeps an eye on every person in the group. You can find out more about Anna and the whole WD Space team on our trainer page.
